this site. There is a charge for subsequent memberships.

Q: I don't
like giving my personal details. What will you do with my personal
details if I register?
We take our responsibility to our members'
personal details very seriously. We do not sell, lend or give
away any lists of e-mail addresses or any other member details
to a third party. We will only write or e-mail you, if we need
to notify you of special offers to do with your listings or
any improvements or scheduled maintenance issues with our system.

Q: What is
the point of joining if I only have my house to sell?
You never know when you will have a holiday
home or second house to rent out in the future! You will
be able to do this for free by virtue of your account here. |

Q: How can
I tell if I will be one of the lucky 1000?
If
you are reading this text on our FAQ page from our website and
not text held on a search engine's cache - then FREE MEMBERSHIP
applies to you. Be quick though, 999 may already have
joined!
As soon as we have 1000 members, this page and our about
us page will be changed. (We will not advertise something
that we cannot provide). |

Q: I have more
than one property to list. How many properties can I create?
For the first 201 members, the limit is 10
properties displayed at any one time. The next 799 members will
be allowed 3 properties per account. Subsequent members can
have as many listings as they can afford. The initial
1000 members can, of course, purchase listings for additional
properties over the initial limit at any time. |

Q: I don't
know much about computers when it comes to jpg's, bmp's etc.
Can I send you information in the post and ask you to list my
properties?
Yes. Please send
us an email using info@addmyproperty.com
explaining what you require and we will provide you with details
of our postal service free of charge. |

Q: Where is
the 'catch'. There must be something I have to adhere to?
The only restriction we insist on is this.
You must initially list a property to be eligible for
a free account. Even if it's just for one month. Any
memberships created without a property listing, or a dummy listing
(as defined by our editors) to reserve a free account for the
future, will be terminated. N.B. our decision is final - there
is no appeal. As long as you adhere to this restriction, your
free account will then be valid for the life of this website.
You do not have to list a property thereafter to keep your account
open. Your account will be reserved for you after you have made
the initial listing.
There, that was the heavy bit over! - N.B. yes you can list
a friend's property with their permission for the first month
to reserve your account. |

Q: What do
I get from using your service?
You
get targeted listings to the location of your property on several
websites including this one. |

Q: Can I have
a link to my property website?
Yes.
Within the system you can enter your website URL against any
or all of your properties.
N.B. We will not allow links to our competitors or any site
we deem to be trying to use techniques defined as trying to
fool the Search Engines in contravention of their terms of service.
We will remove any links that we find that do not adhere to
our strict anti-spamming policy. We monitor our members' accounts
constantly in this respect. We are ruthless with 'weeding' out
violations - find out why - benefits
and dangers of reciprocal website links. If you would like
to place a link back to us, we would appreciate it as it will
benefit us both in the search engines. |

Q: What will
be the charges for additional properties after I have used up
my free properties?
Holiday
Rental properties will be charged at £29.95 (GBP) per
12 calendar months.
Commercial and Residential rental properties will be charged
at £19.95 (GBP) per 6 calendar months.
Commercial and Residential sale properties will be charged at
£5.00 (GBP) per calendar month.
N.B. all charges will be made in advance of your listing. You
can make payments in our secure membership area. |

Q: I may not
have all of the information at hand about my properties now.
Can I modify my property listing when I am ready?
Yes. We have built the system so that you
can administer changes to properties yourself. But don't miss
out. Create your account and a property now even if you don't
have all of your photographs ready yet to benefit from Free
Membership for the life of this site. |
